The first is of Cleo from The Catillac Cats (the cartoon that followed Heathcliff). Her boyfriend, Riff-Raff, is the leader of the junkyard gang. Cleo is a willowy lass who lives in a music store (rather than the junkyard), though she is a founding member of the gang, and actually provided the name for the group. [link]

The second is a Star Wars sketch of Black Sun's hottest right-hand lady, Guri. Don't let her lithe frame and good looks fool you - she can kick ass three ways from Sunday, and she's wickedly intelligent to boot. But what else would expect from a human replica droid? [link]
